The creation of this statue "The Liberation Moment" will be a significant addition to the Fort Rosecrans Annex.
This statue captures the excitement, trepidation and exhilaration of the liberaton moment as the veteran steps out of the darkness into the "Sunshine of Freedom". He portrays the thousands who were bound in captivity by the infamy of foreign enemies.
Your contribution will allow this monument to stand as an eternal legacy for our community, reminding visitors of the sacrifice Veterans have given during America's efforts to keep alive the hopes and dreams of Freedom for the oppressed around the world.
