We are the members of the San Diego chapter one, American Ex-prisoners of War.
On September 16th, we proudly dedicated our most recent effort, our statue titled: The Liberation Moment.
This statue, placed in POW plaza at the newest National Cemetery at MCAS Miramar, is the result of four years effort to build a lasting memorial to those who have been held captive during their service to their country.
We invite you to look around our site, and read some of the memories we've shared here.
We would also like to invite you to visit both the San Diego Veteran's Museum in Balboa park, and our Statue at Miramar.
